Returns
We understand you require flexibility when shopping online and we are committed to making your experience as frictionless as possible.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. We offer free return shipping but charge a 5% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unworn
  2. Not be damaged in any way
  3. Be in the same condition that you received it
  4. Tags attached

All items purchased during a sale or with a SALE discount are not eligible for return. 

Returns are simple! 

  • US returns: You can self manage your returns via this link.
  • European returns: fill out this form and our team will get to work on your request.

Note: for hygiene reasons, we're unable to offer returns for Briefs.

Exchanges
We feel the best way to exchange your items is to file a regular return, as described above, and then purchase the alternative item directly off our site. This way, you're not waiting for the returning item to make it back to us before the replacement item is shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue. If your item is received damaged, we request you take pictures of the product to help us mitigate these issues in the future.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@heyhermans.com.
